Texas Gumbo is a reimagining of a Louisiana favorite. With frijoles charros (a.k.a. “cowboy beans”), Tejano-style rice, cilantro, and jalapeños it’s remarkably different and distinctly Texan.

Challenge

Huerta’s Texas Kitchen was a catering company with a great recipe but no identity, and no packaging when HEB approached them to be in their freezers. They had just a few months to create a company and product brand, take product photography, and design the package. Lucky, they came to Envision.
