Patek’s Shiner Smokehouse is a family business established in 1937 in the small, Czech-German, community of Shiner, Texas. Shiner Smokehouse was founded to bring the legendary, Patek recipes to the public. With meats that are carefully prepared with time, real smoke, and superior spices, the brand was built to share celebrated traditions for generations to come.
