Hill Country Montessori School (HCMS) is Central Texas’ Premier Montessori School. The Boerne, Texas-based school is the only institution in the greater San Antonio area that is nationally accredited by the American Montessori Society (AMS) and AdvancedED.
Since 1981, HCMS has forged a path of excellence in Montessori programs and has been the leading choice for Montessori, advanced preschool, elementary, and middle school education. The Montessori-certified teachers provide a customized education based on each child’s needs and development, as well as promote joy-filled learning, character expansion, independence, and integrated development.
Hill Country Montessori School was looking for an advertising agency to help increase their institution’s brand awareness, campus tours, and ultimately student enrollment. They decided it was best to shift marketing efforts to the digital realm in order to easily communicate and educate prospective parents on their unique educational process, differentiate themselves from competitors, build credibility, and continue to grow.
Hill Country Montessori School sought out Envision Creative in February 2020 to help them develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy and action plan (MSAP) to get their marketing efforts to their most profitable state. Our team of marketing experts created a customized, holistic marketing strategy to help them reach their qualitative and quantitative goals.
The HCMS team decided, based on the MSAP recommendations, that they needed to implement professional photography, do a total website overhaul, and launch a paid Google Search Adwords campaign in order to effectively communicate their brand value, school story, educational philosophy, differentiation, and student benefits.
The new website has a clear path for potential and existing parents. The main menu helps users locate the content they’re looking for and is easier to navigate after grouping content into a cleaner architecture. The optimized SEO content on the front end and back end of the website has helped Hill Country Montessori School increase its Google Search position and rankings.
The Google Search Adwords campaign was able to cost-effectively increase the awareness of the school, speak to the values of HCMS schooling, compete on competitor terms, and influence potential families to consider Montessori schooling over traditional and religious schooling.
Ultimately, the revamped website, photography, and Google Search Adwords campaign are a much stronger testament to their unique educational programs, competitive school advantages, and institutional story. Below are some of the results seen by the updates put in place:
